Kimberly Blankenship – This company actually cares about their customers! We were without A/C for several days and Lorenzo gave up his weekend to install a new unit as the company was booked for upcoming week. Air Experts gave a reasonable price in comparison to other company quotes for comparable air conditioners. Within an hour and a half of completion on Sunday the temperature in my house went from 93 degrees to 81 degrees. The new unit is quiet and efficiently keeping our home at 75 degrees. Lorenzo was very professional, knowledgeable, and a veritable saint in putting his customer's needs over his own! Highly recommend!
April Iacono – Was referred to Air Experts by a friend, Air Experts service their business (Jim Dowell transmissions in Sarasota). Lorenzo and Chris did the installation, they were punctual, they gave me great information and kept me informed during the entire process, and helped install my nest thermostat and show me how to use it. I would definitely use them again. They’re pricing was decent was they also have a variety of options, Misty who works in the office was very helpful with getting me schedule and quoting me properly. Recommend giving them a call!

Doug Marty – Robert showed up on time (actually a bit early) and was great to work with. In our case, the wiring was not well documented and did not follow standards, but he did an excellent job of figuring it out and confirming his thinking when necessary. A really good experience.
